We use personal data to create accounts, process payments, review artist applications, provide support, improve security and operate listening and artist tools on the platform.

- To moderate artist onboarding, uploads, support requests and admin actions.

Payments and service providers
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or Mollie. We only store the information needed to track checkout, activation, compliance and support.
- Card and bank payment details are handled by the payment provider, not stored as raw card data in ZikoraMusic.
- We store transaction metadata such as provider, amount, status and reference codes.
- We may share only the minimum required information with providers, hosting services and email infrastructure.
Retention and security
We keep records only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, fraud prevention, accounting, legal obligations and dispute handling. We use HTTPS, authenticated access and role-based admin controls.
