Refund and cancellation policy
This page explains how ZikoraMusic handles cancellations, renewals and refund requests for digital plans and artist products.
Listener subscriptions
Listeners can manage or cancel future renewals from their account area. Unless required by law or stated otherwise in a promotion, completed digital subscription periods are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Cancelling stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse completed billing periods.
- Free trials or promotional grants may end automatically unless another plan is activated.
- Where local consumer law gives stronger rights, those rights continue to apply.
Artist products and packages
Artist package purchases and promotional products are reviewed case by case. If activation or delivery fails because of a platform-side error, contact support so we can review a correction or refund.
- Artist-facing products often involve digital activation, review or campaign setup rather than physical delivery.
- Refund review depends on whether the product was activated, delivered, consumed or blocked by a platform error.
- Approved refunds may be returned to the original payment method where supported by the provider.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us before opening a card dispute. We may request order, account or transaction details to investigate and respond quickly.
- Opening a chargeback without contacting support first can slow down resolution.
- We may temporarily restrict access to disputed products while the payment case is under review.
- Fraud prevention and evidence gathering may require account verification or extra documentation.
