Service scope

ZikoraMusic provides music discovery, streaming, artist onboarding, artist tools, subscriptions, promotions and support services through the web platform.

• Listeners can browse, play, save and manage music-related content and subscriptions.
• Artists can apply, upload releases, manage packages and access artist-facing tools when eligible.
• Some features may require approval, payment, verification or a specific account role.

Accounts and access

Users must provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure and use the platform lawfully. We may suspend access in cases of abuse, fraud, infringement or policy violations.

• You are responsible for activity that happens under your account unless reported as unauthorized.
• False identity, payment abuse, scraping, automated misuse and malicious behavior are not allowed.
• Accounts may be limited, suspended or reviewed where security or compliance concerns arise.
• Admin actions, application reviews and content moderation decisions may affect access to platform features.

Plans and billing

Paid plans and artist packages are priced in the displayed currency, currently EUR on core plan pages. Taxes, payment-provider requirements and trial terms may apply depending on the selected product.

• Paid access starts after successful checkout or activation.
• Trials, promotional access and founding artist benefits may have separate start and end dates.
• Failed, reversed or disputed payments may lead to access being paused, revoked or reviewed.

Content and conduct

Artists are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content, artwork and metadata are accurate and lawful, and that they hold the rights required to distribute, promote or monetize that content.

• Do not upload infringing, deceptive, illegal or harmful material.
• Do not misuse promotional tools, analytics or payment systems.
• We may remove content or limit accounts where platform safety, legal obligations or rights claims require it.
